Ansel Adams was brought to our wold in February 20. 1902 to rather wealthy parents. Natural shyness and a certain intensity of genius, also suffering from a unfortunate broken nose as a kid mad it very difficult for him to fit in at school,although his nose remained the same his entire life. his childhood was rather ruff, Ansel found joy from nature.When Adams was twelve he taught himself to play the piano and read music,Soon he was taking lessons, and the rapid pursuit of music became his substitute for school. for the next twelve years Ansel played the piano, and relied on that to pay the bills.the piano brought discipline, and structure to his frustrating and erratic youth. by the late 1920's early 30's Ansel realized that he could prosper much more from photography then being a concert pianist.1927 was a pivotal year in Ansel's long life. he made his first fully visualized photograph, monolith, the face of half dome, and took his first high trip. Adams's energy and capacity for work were simply amazing. often working for hour on end for weeks at a time, Ansel was well know for having patience. there were no vacations, Sundays, or breaks in Ansel's life. for Adam's the environment play'd a big role in his life, and he did his best to help preserve the wilderness. in 1984 unfortunately Ansel passed away in Californian.
